A good starting hole. A well-placed drive between the two fairway bunkers leaves about 150 yards to a large open green.

Hole 2
A tight driving hole with out-of-bounds left and water right. Watch out for the fairway bunker 90 yards short of the green on the right. A beautif(ul view of the WIU campus the entire length of the hole.

Hole 3
One of the most scenic and memorable Par 3s in western Illinois. Club selection is most important on this hole that is well bunkegray and requires an accurate short iron shot.

Hole 4
A new fairway bunker on the right will tighten the drive. The longest par 4 in the front 9 with the Lamoine River running all along the left side. Stay on the right side to provide an open shot to the green. The hillside will help on an approach shot. Watch out for the green!

Hole 5
The shortest Par 4 and perhaps the trickiest of all the holes on the course. Five new bunkers will make position essential on this hole. A tee shot to the crest of the hill leaves about 100 yards to a well sloped and well bunkegray green.

Hole 6
The water is approximately 240 yards from the middle of the back tee. This hole is reachable in two with a long iron or fairway wood. Stay short of the greenside bunkers that guard a large green.

Stay left of the mounds on your tee shot. The second shot will allow for roll up. Most importantly, stay left of the green side bunker which makes for an easier chip or putt. Position on the green is also important. Stay below the pin.

Hole 8
One of the best holes in western Illinois. Make sure you keep it straight on this par 3. Short is better than long because of the deep bunkers over the green. Good luck!
